Real Estate, Inc., established in 1998 in the prestigious community of the
sound shore area of lower southern Westchester.

For almost a century, Coastal Living Properties' founder has had a strong family
heritage of community based businesses from commercial and residential
builder/contractors to independent real estate brokers. Linda F. LaFaro,
President/Broker, was formerly employed with AT&T in White Plains, NY,
with a career span of over 22 years. As an Account Executive, she
received the "Circle of Excellence" award for outstanding sales achievement.
Jerome R. Bisceglia, her father, was successful builder/contractor and
independent real estate broker in Harrison, NY with a career span of
over 50 years. Helen E. Donovan, her aunt, was a successful independent real estate
broker in Rye, NY with a career span of over 25 years of which upon her
retirement her business was sold to Julia B. Fee Real Estate.

Linda's love of coastal areas and its preservation prompted her community involvement in the Village of Mamaroneck as a former member of the "Mayor's Advisory Committee", dealing with pollution issues affecting the waterways of the Sound Shore area.  Additionally, she was a board member of the "Harbor Island Conservancy", an independent, nonpartisan, not-for-profit organization which will become a public advocate and fund raiser in support of improvements and maintenance of the park and adjacent waterways.

It is the mission of Coastal Living Properties to act on behalf of all clients who
